Hightone Matt - 1998 APHA Black Overo StallionWelcome to Painted For Performance Farms, located at the foothills of the Great Smoky Mtns in beautiful East TN.  We're a small family owned  farm committed to breeding and showing truly athletic APHA performance horses. The centerpiece of our program is our outstanding black overo stallion Hightone Matt.  We believe that he is the epitome of a performance stallion- Stunning good looks, an impressive and versatile show record, kind and willing disposition, and best of all he passes these traits on.  Consistency and success since his 1st foal crop to show in 2005 including Res World Champion, ROM and Superior earners, money earners, etc... His babies win and look good doing it!
